Thyme honey is light amber to amber in colour when liquid, and beige to brown when crystallised. It's a resinous, aromatic, savoury honey with hints of tropical fruits, dates, and white pepper. The flavour is intense and lingers in the mouth. Our honey is obtained from different flowers and plants which gives each of our products its distinct colour, flavour and beneficial properties.
